August 17th, Victoria to Cumberland

Before I drove out of the city of Victoria I went to fishermen's Wharf. Some "houses" on the water. Nice and colourful.

At Cowichan Bay it was time for a lunch. I found a nice pub with a patio and had some nice large mushrooms files with blue cheese. This was one of the few places, actually thefirst one I saw, where smoking was allowed. I asked 2 girls if they had a problem when I smoked a cigarette. No they smoked themselves, join us they said. It were Carly abd Coliee. We had a good chat and they asked me to join them on a kayaktrip. Which I did. Check the pictures and video's especially the last one is hilarious.

After some hours and a drink at the end I had to do another 2 hours driving. Arrived just in time at the hostel for check in.
